Khangshung Face and Kharta valley trek is classical (popular) trek in Tibet.Trip to Kharta valley leads to picturesque Peaks filled with snows.It also takes us to great scenery of Khangshung glacier. Also we will see east face of the Mt. Everest. Along with it we will also have great view of Mt. Makalu and Mt. Karma Changri which are also spectacular.
Beside view of gigantic great mountains with snow we will see beautiful lakes.On this trek we come across village where Tibetean people and culture can be explored. We come across Tibetan people who are living a nomadic life.
Day 01- Arrival Kathmandu. We meet you at airport and transfer you to hotel.
Day 02- Visa preparation day. Half day sightseeing tour around Kathmandu.
Day 03- Fly Kathmandu to Lhasa. On arrival to airport at Lhasa our Tibetan guide you pick you up and transfer you to hotel. Free/rest day for acclimitazation.
Day 04-Lhasa sightseeing to Potala Palace, Norbulingka Palace and Jokhang temple
Day 05-Lhasa sigthseeing to Drephung and Sera Monastery and Bakhor Square.
Day 06-Drive to Gyantse via Lake Yamdrok Tso/ Distance= 260km, Altitude= 3950m
Day 07-Drive to Shegatse via Shalu Monastery/ Distance= 90km, Altitude=3900m
Day 08-Drive to Shegar via Sakya Monastery/ Distance= 240km, Altitude= 4350m
Day 09-Drive to Kharta Valley/ Distance= 45km, Altitude= 4350m
Day 10-Trek Kharta to Yueba
Day 11-Trek Yueba to Base Camp of Langm-la
Day 12-Trek Langma-la to cave
Day 13-Trek cave to Pethang Ringmo
Day 14-Trek Pethang Ringmo to Sharlung
Day 15-Trek Sharlung to Sharo
Day 16-Trek Sharo to Yueba
Day 17-Trek Yueba to Kharta valley
Day 18-Drive to Everest Base Camp
Day 19-Drive to Zhangmu
Day 20-Drive to Kathmandu
Day 21- Free day or we will transfer you to international airport for your on ward journey.
